BTW, I also suffer from chronic depression, and take medication for that. The problem is I remember how difficult it was for me to stick to my exercise regimen 6 years ago, struggling with extreme exhaustion and forcing myself to stick with it week after week after week.

It was not a fun time in my life, though losing weight steadily kept me motivated. As of today, I am going shopping for an inexpensive weight lift bench set, and setting it up in my apartment.
